Alaska
Alaska is a very beautiful place(although probably a very harsh place during the winter!) My family was lucky enough to visit my fathers friend from high school, who had emigrated from New Zealand.

My fathers friend is an artist and commercial fisherman. He fishes for Salmon half the year and paints the other half. I was of course interested in all the instruments on the boat! Mum gave us sea sickness tablets, and hence we all got drowsy and fell asleep most of the boat trip! |
| The family had an outdoor spa! Which would be really good during the winter, however as it is still cold in the summer, just as nice :) |  |
